Cherian is a veteran engineer, establishing his employment with ABKJ since an early stage of his career. His well-developed expertise in structural engineering includes projects utilizing post-tensioned concrete, precast concrete, wood structure and structural steel. His experience includes high-rise residential, commercial offices, and high-end villas in India and US regions. Cherian manages ABKJ India project team under senior leadership of ABKJ Inc. based in Seattle. He excels with his professional communication skills, punctuality and timeliness work culture which adds a great value on ABKJ project teams and an efficient delivery to our clients.  He is working with US Principals in meeting project goals in design and commitment to ABKJ’s field auditing program, observing construction progress and ensuring structural conformance is achieved by the contractor.
